HumindLab programmes are operated by Humind Lab Ai Impact CIC. This notice explains how information is used when you apply through this website.

Application information

We collect the parent or guardian’s name, mobile number and email address, the child’s first name, school year and gender, the child’s age for FIRST LEGO League Explore, the programme applied for, how you heard about HumindLab your admissions acknowledgement and the monthly volunteering hours available from your family.

We use this information to review the application, contact you and arrange the next step in the admissions process and coordinate family volunteering. An application does not guarantee a place, confirm enrolment or authorise a payment. Please do not include medical information or other sensitive details in the application.

Application records and access

Applications are stored in Supabase and are available to authorised admissions staff through a protected dashboard. Application references and submission records help us handle retries without creating duplicate applications. Admissions email alerts may contain the application details needed for follow-up.

Campaign information

We retain campaign tags and advertising click identifiers, when present, together with the landing page and referring page, to understand where applications come from. We keep this information and random journey identifiers in your browser’s session storage while you browse the site. Parent and child details are not stored in that browser storage.

Optional visit measurement

You can allow or decline optional visit and journey measurement using the controls at the bottom of the page. With your permission, we record steps such as viewing or starting an application. A completed application is recorded only after it has been saved.

With your permission, Metricool measures visits to the homepage and programme pages. It uses your IP address to estimate your country. We do not send application form values to Metricool or advertising analytics. You can change your choice using the controls below.

Technical protection

The service uses a temporary hashed request identifier to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in application receipts or journey events. Access and submission records support the operation and protection of the service.
